REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
We understand that travel plans may change. The following policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and operational preparedness for all reservations.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- Reservations may be initiated via email or direct inquiry.
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment of the total stay value.
- The remaining balance must be settled prior to check-in.
- All rates are per night and subject to applicable taxes (currently 18% GST).
2. Cancellation & Amendment Policy
- More than 30 days prior to check-in:
No cancellation charges - Between 29 to 25 days prior to check-in:
25% of the total booking value - Between 24 to 15 days prior to check-in:
50% of the total booking value - 14 days or less prior to check-in:
100% of the total booking value
Amendments
- Any request for date changes or modifications must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in
- All amendments are subject to availability and rate revisions
- If a modification results in partial or full cancellation, standard cancellation charges will apply
Non-Refundable Conditions
- No-shows
- Unused services, meals, or experiences
- The property is not liable for disruptions caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Road or flight disruptions
- Personal changes in travel plans
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment
- Timelines:
- Bank transfers: 7–10 working days
- Credit/Debit cards: up to 15 working days
- Kindly allow up to 14 days from the date of cancellation request for processing initiation
