REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

We understand that travel plans may change. The following policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and operational preparedness for all reservations.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • Reservations may be initiated via email or direct inquiry.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment of the total stay value.
  • The remaining balance must be settled prior to check-in.
  • All rates are per night and subject to applicable taxes (currently 18% GST).

2. Cancellation & Amendment Policy

  • More than 30 days prior to check-in:
    No cancellation charges
  • Between 29 to 25 days prior to check-in:
    25% of the total booking value
  • Between 24 to 15 days prior to check-in:
    50% of the total booking value
  • 14 days or less prior to check-in:
    100% of the total booking value

Amendments

  • Any request for date changes or modifications must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in
  • All amendments are subject to availability and rate revisions
  • If a modification results in partial or full cancellation, standard cancellation charges will apply

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • No-shows
  • Unused services, meals, or experiences
  • The property is not liable for disruptions caused by:
    • Weather conditions
    • Road or flight disruptions
    • Personal changes in travel plans

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment
  • Timelines:
    • Bank transfers: 7–10 working days
    • Credit/Debit cards: up to 15 working days
    • Kindly allow up to 14 days from the date of cancellation request for processing initiation
